What does a typical Alpha night look like?

We'll begin each gathering with some food and refreshments. As most of us would have gone through a long day, consider this as a time to relax and enjoy some fellowship and food! 

When most have eaten, the night continues with a brief welcome and an introduction to what the topic will be about. There will also be a brief recap about what was spoken of earlier since each session can build on the other.

We will either watch a talk on our movie sized screen or hear the talk live, depending on the topic and availability of presenters!

After the talk, there will be time to grab a cup of coffee and something to snack on before we take time with our small groups. While no one will ever be asked to share something (s)he is not ready to talk about, we do hope that over time everyone will give the members in your small group a chance to hear you! The emphasis during the Alpha course is upon exploration and discovery in a relaxed and nonjudgmental environment.
