Feast Day Celebrations
On Wednesday, September 26th, and Thursday, September 27th, from 9 am – 7 pm, Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament will be offered to give due honor and praise to God as we seek His continued blessing upon us in our celebrations and throughout the entire year. Please come to adore our Lord Jesus in the Eucharist.
On Friday the 28th, Holy Mass will be offered as usual at 8:15 am. Eucharistic Adoration will follow until Benediction at 5:00 pm. Following Benediction, join us for a homemade Italian dinner in our school. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the entire weekend.
On the morning of Saturday the 29th, we’re going to have our 2nd annual Charity Walk. This year, funds raised will go toward supporting Gabby's Ladder here in Monroe that helps families grieve in their time of need. Afterwards, there will be plenty of activities for the whole family: a variety of games for the children, a cake walk, and much more! At the Masses this weekend, I will lead us in renewing our consecration to the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary. The Vigil Mass is still scheduled at 5 pm (confessions at 3:30 pm). After the Saturday Mass, join us for the pig roast and for some live music!
On Sunday the 30th, a wonderful pancake breakfast will be served after the 8:30 am Mass until 12:30 pm. Be sure to stick around for the raffle drawings! At 12:30 pm, there will be a special celebration of our 100th anniversary for our school building with an alumni gathering. I hope you can join us for some (if not all) of the activities we have planned as we honor the Feast of St. Michael the Archangel!
We are always in need of generous individuals who can volunteer to help make this into a great success. Please consider signing up at our board located at the east entrance of church.
