A note about Holy Masses of Healing as well as Healing Services
Healing is for everyone. Each time we come together with expectant faith, being properly disposed, Jesus will bring forth healing. It may not be what we ask for or what we’re looking for, but never doubt that Jesus is healing what is necessary for our end goal: union with Him forever in Heaven. If you have attended a healing service or a Holy Mass of Healing before, don’t think that you have received all that God wants you to have for healing. He encourages us to persevere, to never give up: this is simply another opportunity to do so. Each healing service or Holy Mass of Healing has taken on a particular focus and a different approach. Sometimes our Lord is testing our hearts to see how much we depend on Him, how much we believe in Him. On occasions such as these, our Heavenly Father delights to bestow His gifts on His beloved children.
In preparation for this, there will be a Holy Hour of Reparation on Friday, December 14th, at 7:00 PM to make atonement to God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Offering such prayer demonstrate that we aren’t just interested in talking to God when we want something, but that we actually want to reach out in love to the Infinitely Good God who has been offended so much by our sinfulness and our lack of love.
I also invite everyone to offer the Novena to Our Lady the Undoer of Knots, beginning on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, December 8th. If you miss the starting day, don’t worry. Begin offering it as you are able. All the prayers for the entire novena can be found on the following website:

For the “[mention your request here]”, take time away with our Lord, away from distractions, and begin first by offering prayers of thankfulness and praise to the Father. If you are unsure how to pray that, thank Jesus for dying for you. Resting in the Father’s love, pray to the Holy Spirit for what He wants you to pray, in regards to healing. Ask Him for light to identify the knot in your life that needs undoing: it can be about a relationship, a disease afflicting your family throughout generations, a person who is the source of much anxiety in your life, the proverbial fork in the road, a crippling pain, a sin or temptation that has gotten you beat, etc. Pray that the Holy Spirit may reveal that to you. If there is no response, try offering that prayer several times throughout the day. If there is still nothing by the end of the day, then your intention/request will be: “that knot which is known to you, my Mother, Seat of Wisdom.”
If you have trouble accessing the above website, you can utilize the following prayer each day for the novena:
Mother Most Pure, I come to You today to beg you to undo this knot in my life [mention your request here] and free me from the snares of evil.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, pray for me.
Virgin Mary, Mother of fair love, Mother who never refuses to come to the aid of a child in need, Mother whose hands never cease to serve your beloved children because they are moved by the divine love and immense mercy that exist in your heart, cast your compassionate eyes upon me and see the snarl of knots that exists in my life. You know very well how desperate I am, my pain, and how I am bound by these knots. Mary, Mother to whom God entrusted the undoing of the knots in the lives of his children, I entrust into your hands the ribbon of my life. No one, not even the evil one himself, can take it away from your precious care. In your hands there is no knot that cannot be undone. Powerful Mother, by your grace and intercessory power with Your Son and My Liberator, Jesus, take into your hands today this knot.
[Mention your request here]
I beg you to undo it for the glory of God, once for all. You are my hope.
O my Lady, you are the only consolation God gives me, the fortification of my feeble strength, the enrichment of my destitution, and, with Christ, the freedom from my chains.
Hear my plea. Keep me, guide me, protect me, O safe refuge!
Mary, Undoer of Knots, pray for me. Amen.
After Mass on the 17th, there will be time for Eucharistic Adoration and the offering of a healing rosary. More details to come.
If you are able, offer a holy rosary daily during this novena, with these 4 intentions: (a) for all those whom Our Lady calls to receive healing that they may be undeterred in being present at the Healing Mass for this grace, (b) for all our prayer warriors and intercessors that they and their loved ones be protected as they intercede, (c) for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to unfold in a great outpouring on our Healing Mass, and (d) for me.
As always, seek to be in a state of grace by going to the sacrament of confession prior to this day.
If you are homebound and unable to join us on the 14th and/or the 17th, please unite your hearts with us as we pray during that time.
